ONLINE THERAPY/TREATMENT

My approach to therapy is collaborative and holistic, and it is intended to help you build a healthier relationship with yourself and others. We’ll work together to discover ways to heal from mental health struggles and cope with life’s challenges. I have years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults (including couples) as an educator and therapist/psychologist. I help people deal with a variety of challenges (e.g., depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, executive functioning weaknesses); I am trained in individual trauma therapy, and I work with individuals to find meaning in life and live theirs to its fullest despite the adversity they may have experienced.


I work from a cognitive behavioural perspective and other therapeutic approaches too (e.g., Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness approaches, trauma informed approaches).  Together, we can determine what works best for you and your situation. I have a strong background in psychological and psycho-educational assessments and enjoy working with children and adults. I value and respect your cultural lens and provide a safe space to process experiences, thoughts, and emotions. 


Together, we make sense of complex feelings and explore what it would take to make your life more fulfilling and authentic.
